Match ticketing through OLSC (LFC Baltimore Reds)

After the 2011/2012 season under Fenway Sports Group there were some important changes to LFC Official Supporters Club Branch Policy and LFC Official Membership that affected the way that ticket allocation for Barclays Premier League Home Games are managed for OLSCs.

All paper match tickets will be replaced by smart cards. This will support the Club’s aim to remove paper tickets at Anfield and improve the Club’s ticket administration.

All Branch members wanting to attend matches will be required to join either LFC Official Membership and their local OLSC (in this case, LFC Baltimore Reds). All Branch members wanting to request tickets through the Branch must be a paid member in good standing with their local Official Liverpool Supporters Club (OLSC)—in this case, the LFC Baltimore Reds.

On purchasing a ticket through a Branch allocation, members will have their individual Membership smart cards activated to gain access to the Stadium when attending a match at Anfield.

Your “smart card” is actually your Official Membership Card. These four (4) types of LFC will get you priority access to EPL matches at Anfield in membership ticket sales:

Once the allocation is confirmed by the LFC and payment is received, the seating allocation is then mailed to us and we pass it along to those members going to the match. This is usually 2 weeks out from matchday.

This year’s group ticketing allocations are:

  • Saturday, December 20 vs ARSENAL (KO 3pm GMT)
  • Sunday, December 28 vs SWANSEA (KO 3pm GMT)

Members MUST bring their own Membership Card to the Match in order to gain entry into the stadium. There will be a £10.00 fee to reissue seat details and these will only be released on proof of identity.

Buying Tickets Individually

Branch members who opt for the required LFC Official Membership will also benefit from being able to apply for match tickets via the Club’s Members Ticket Sale. If you require the benefit of attending matches independently of the Branch, we would recommend you join the LFC Official Adult or Junior Membership to access the wider ticket allocation direct from the Club.

NOTE: All sales are subject to availability, with dates and times of kick-off subject to change. For the majority of games, demand for tickets significantly exceeds supply, with most fixtures selling out well in advance of the actual day of the game. Check the FAQ portion of the ticketing menu for answers to any questions.

We thank you for your continued support and would ask that you make your potential requirement known to us as soon as possible so that we can advise the Club by return.

Best regards

Important Changes for Fans Accessing Anfield Stadium on Matchdays

§  Anfield regeneration work continues – housing demolition means changes to some pedestrian routes in and around Anfield Stadium

§  No pedestrian access is permitted on Rockfield Road, Back Rockfield Road or Lothair Road

§  Access via car, bus and taxi will not be affected and will remain as per last season

§  Routine road closures prior to kick-off remain as per last season

§  Changes to take place starting from Sunday 10th August 2014, Liverpool FC Vs Borussia Dortmund.

Map and key information on the changes

Fans making their way to Anfield can expect to see some significant changes around Anfield stadium as part of the regeneration plan for the area.

The current work and erection of construction hoardings adjacent to the Stadium means that pedestrian access via Rockfield Road, Back Rockfield Road and Lothair Road will no longer be accessible by foot or vehicle.  Fans will be rerouted via Anfield Road and Walton Breck Road.

While work is ongoing LFC would like to ask fans for their support by keeping to the designated pedestrian access roads and allow extra time to get to the stadium.

New signage will be positioned around the stadium to direct fans and additional stewards and police officers will be present on matchdays to help reroute pedestrians and vehicles to minimise disruption.

The routine road closures, Walton Breck Road (10 minutes prior to kick-off) Anfield Road (45 minutes prior to kick-off) will remain in place and it is advised that residents with parking permits should continue to clearly display them in their vehicles to allow direct access during matchdays.

Those residents without parking permits travelling to and from their homes on a matchday by taxi are advised to carry some ID which displays their name and address details to show to the matchday stewards, ensuring access is permitted.

There will be no changes to car parking access and facilities, taxi drop off points or key bus services including Merseytravel’s Soccer Bus and 917 services.

The Club is encouraging all fans to plan their route to the stadium in advance of the Borussia Dortmund fixture at Anfield on August 10th and to allow extra time for their journey. All fans are advised to be at the stadium 30 minutes prior to kick-off.

LFC will continue to advise supporters and local residents of any changes that may affect access to Anfield Stadium.
